Diamond grind
Commercial-grade grinding opens the concrete's pores so the coating bonds mechanically, not just topically.

Fill & patch
All cracks, pitting, and divots filled with polyurea — the same material used in bridge joints.

Base + flake
Pigmented base coat laid wet, then flake broadcast to full rejection. Excess vacuumed and scraped smooth.
