We pour floors
the way we'd want ours.

Blue-Chip is a small, veteran-owned crew based in Richmond, Kentucky. Same crew every day, one floor at a time, no subcontractors. Built around the idea that a written spec and a clean grind matter more than a logo on a truck.

The short version

Seven years in uniform taught me how to read a slab.

I spent seven years in the Army running maintenance bays and motor pools, which meant a lot of time staring at concrete that either held up or didn't. The ones that held up had one thing in common: the crew who laid them cared enough to grind it right the first time.

After I got out, I moved home to Richmond, bought a set of diamond grinders, and started pouring practice floors in my own shop. I wanted to build a company that treated every garage the way we'd treat a hangar — spec it, prep it, pour it, warranty it in writing.

That's Blue-Chip. Small crew, same faces every day, no middlemen. If you want the owner on the quote call and on the grinder, that's what you get.

How we work

Four rules.
Non-negotiable.

The shorthand the crew runs on. These are in writing because they stay in writing — inside every quote we hand out.

01 · SHOW UP

Promised windows, kept windows.

If we say 7am Tuesday, we're backing the truck in at 6:58. No ghost crews, no rescheduling games.

02 · SPEC IT

Written before the tools come out.

You get a flat quote with a materials list and a build thickness. Nothing on the invoice that wasn't in the quote.

03 · GRIND IT

No acid, no shortcuts.

Every floor gets a diamond grind to CSP-2 or CSP-3 before anything else touches it. Prep is the job.

04 · OWN IT

Written, transferable warranties.

15 years residential, 5 years commercial. Printed, signed, and yours — transfers with the home.

Timeline · how we got here

From a motor pool to a 50-mile radius.

Short path. Quiet path. Every milestone is a floor we learned something new from.
